Setting Realistic Expectations

After our first conversation with a prospective homeowner, we send a follow-up form to gather details about their vision. In that email, we also share the current average cost per square foot based on our past builds and today’s market conditions.

From there, we create a preliminary estimate. It’s not yet a full budget, but it establishes a general project range and design complexity, the client’s preferred building materials and interior finishes (luxury, standard, or somewhere in between), and a realistic financial framework.

Once selections are finalized (through our team or your interior designer) we develop a full, complete, line-by-line budget.
