Semi-custom homes offer some flexibility. You might get to pick from a few floor plans or finishes, but your options are still limited.

We’ll recommend vendors and products we trust, but our clients are never locked in. If you want Andersen windows instead of Pella, great. Prefer a different cabinetry line or hardware style? Let’s make it happen.
