This full-home renovation transformed a dated house into a bright, character-filled retreat. With natural light streaming through every room, layered textures, and custom wood trim, the space balances warmth and modern simplicity. Every tile tells its own story, creating a home that feels both timeless and unmistakably personal.
A modern ranch-style home that is thoughtfully expanded, beautifully reimagined.

Before & After
"Something that I particularly liked is that Black Castle Homes worked so closely with our architect and engineers, and helped redesign and build key structural components, like the roof line and outdoor living spaces, which gave us a better result at a lower cost."
